How do I request my 30 day money back guarantee?

You can request your 30 day money back guarantee for any reason within 30 days following your signup day (signup day+30 days)

You must notify us of your wish to cancel any day within this period.

This is requested from your client billing area by raising a ticket to our billing department by clicking HERE

You will need to ensure you are logged in and please ensure you select the correct "Relevant Service" from the drop down box.

You must request your money back guarantee within the 30 days following your signup or you will be unable to exercise this and we are not able to apply this retrospectively.

Refunds are not issued except in the case of an error on our behalf or the exercising of a 30 day money back guarantee which is applicable 30 days from first signup only.
